Super quick and laid back, not formal at all. Got a job offer on the spot. Not much to be stressed over, just present yourself in a clean and professional way and you'll be fine.

Our owner and EVP reached out to grab coffee and talk about the role they had in mind. I grew up in the restaurants and had interned for them in college, so we had a lot of great rapport going in. Our interview was conversational and positive!
