I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Burger King (Eden, NC) in July 2016
Interview
He sat me down and talked mainly about himself and how he wanted everyone to play for the TEAM. Then they offered me $10 per hour and the work was pretty hard for the rate of pay like that.
Simple and quick. They are looking for mature individuals who are dependable and do not call in. Show leadership skills to a certain extent and ability to work with the team as a whole.
Pretty easy, making sure it's clear that managerial experience in the food industry.
Don't be afraid to voice concerns. Control the interview and make sure your demands are met. It's fast food so don't be a pushover
Spoke briefly with the district manager who covered about 5 or 6 stores in the arra and once he had approved, he sent me on to Sonia the general manager of the S Shields location for a more specific set of questions.
