They Asked me how i was with people, liked the fact that i was so optimistic. Asked me Common Sense Questions (IE) How do you know a Customer isn't happy? A Frown or even an expression on their face. Another excellent example is " If a customers order is wrong what do you to fix it? " I told them Apologize and Ask What they would prefer but push towards a different item on the menu.

How Would you handle a Customer who was so angry they were yelling at you, what they wanted?
The interview process was very quick and efficient. I was in and out within 30 minutes. The hiring manager was very kind and just asked behavioral questions. "How do you work in a team"? "Why do you want to work here". Stuff like that
Long and boring. I met all of their requirements but they wouldn’t hire me. The interviewer was fake nice. But aleast she offered me a drink. I interviewed with them 4 times, all denied.
