Interview was very laxed. The gentleman that conducted my interview worked with the military prior so the interview for me was really easy. Actually we just mostly talked about the military. He ended up being my boss and I left when they let him go.
Overview over experience with labor, inventory, P&L and recruiting with all the aspects of operation and food safety. Controlables , Coaching, training, background, education and relevant experience on the field.

Interview
It was a good interview and they asked relevant questions pertaining to my background, experience, and initiative. I would definitely study up on tactics with fast food service managers. They were definitely knowledgeable about the business.
