Friendly, straightforward, Manager shared about the role and asked some questions regarding my previous experiences and what i hope to achieve in this job. They came back to me quickly and was open with negotiation.
Interview position: outfield attendant. Interview questions: why do you want to come here? How was the time fit? Interview Difficulty: low. Interviewer was friendly and questions were not difficult. Just emphasize that time fit is high. No clear information on work hours after interview. Job Description: dress code, clocking in, do's and don'ts training. Learning to make burgers, with instruction initially. Stressful to operate independently in later stages. Lack of guidance when coworkers are busy. Felt helpless and eventually chose to leave. Summary: Speed of learning required, adapting to fast-paced work environment. Individuals may not be able to adapt to this type of work. Suggestion: Consider your own learning ability and adaptability. Understand the job content and training support clearly during the interview. Ensure there is adequate guidance and support. Avoid being alone in a high-pressure work environment. Choose a work environment and pace that suits you. Keep a positive mindset and face challenges. Gain experience and improve your abilities. Prepare for future career development. Seek a career path that suits you better. Continue to learn and grow. Maintain enthusiasm and commitment to work
The interview process was an easy one. The manager asked easy questions and the interview was not long. Although I don't have experience as a waitress, I believe it was a good opportunity.
