Assessment centre with group exercise, written exercise, scenario discussion and interview. Structure and articulation are really important in the written and scenario exercises. It is important to demonstrate good conversational skills in the interview, and make it feel like a two way discussion.

Interview
Assessment centre inclusive of written assessment, Watson Glaser, group exercise and interview with a senior associate or partner. The exercises are standard as you would expect from most law firm ACs, but the interview was a much nicer and conversational experience as opposed to most other firms.
AC: group exercise, interview, written exercise and the watson glaser test. The trainee also gave us a tour of the office. Everyone was really friendly and willing to answer our questions.
