I recently interviewed for a role at this company and the overall experience was not positive. To start the directions were incorrect on the email invite, thankfully I noticed the address difference and called to confirm correct address. The interview invite said Panel Interview, What they failed to mention was that they decided to conduct a panel interview with myself and the other top applicant. It was extremely awkward, and I also was chosen the majority of time to answer first because I volunteered for the first question. Also, at the end of the interview, when asked who an ideal candidate would be, they referenced a and I quote "a kid like Justin" (a new hire they had). Mind you, it was myself and a young girl who was interviewing. Overall, it was an unpleasant and unprofessional process. Also, the role was advertised as entry level, however the expectation was to help build a compliance system, which is not entry level. I emailed to rescind my application on the advice of HR colleagues.
