Burlington County Library System interview questions

The interview process was very unprofessional and did not make the job seem appealing at all. It felt more like they already had a candidate in mind and were just breezing through to get the "formalities" of interviewing over with. The HR department does not seem to understand professionalism, politeness, or how to properly conduct an interview.
