I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Burlington Stores
Interview
I applied online and I called the store immediely to ensure that they received my application. A few days later I was called in for a group interview in which 6 of us candidates were asked simple questions about leadership and career ambitions. At the end we were told there was no guarantee for hire but we would be added to pool of on-call associates. Fortunately, the next day I received a call saying that the position that I originally applied for was not available, but the Markdown associate position was available. I decided to take that position and I began 5 days later.
simple, straightforward and short, there weren’t many questions asked. My interview lasted 5 minutes. I met with general manager and spoke on availability and answered a few questions regarding experience but there was nothing that I didn’t know how to answer.

Interview
Interview was scheduled electronically as they have a talent agency screen their application which is only available online. Twenty minute interview, pretty straight forward. Went over my experience and what my long-term goals were and I was given a choice on which position I wanted to start with.

Interview
The interview process was fairly easy considering that there were about 6 other people they were interviewing the same day I was. The manager was really nice and she helped to alleviate my nervousness because this was my first time working in retail sales. I have another job but I didn't have to really go through an extensive interview and I already knew everyone there, unlike at Burlington. But it went really well and I heard back from them within a few days.
