After going through the preliminary steps with the recruiter, I first had a phone interview with my now manager and VP. The phone interview lasted 30 minutes and the conversation flowed easily. During my phone interview, I was asked high level questions regarding my work history and knowledge surrounding leaves. A week later, I believe, I was brought in for one on one interviews. I interviewed with 5 people and it took about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. I met with the manager or director of Benefits, Compensation and HRIS. All of the interviews were very straight forward and I felt all the individuals who interviewed me were very prepared and welcoming. My last interview was with the VP of the department along with a representative from the Legal Department. During the interview, it was more questions regarding difficult situations I handled as opposed to work history.
