Brief review of my former positions, what I liked about former jobs and positions, and what I felt my best asset was along with what I wanted to improve on. Many opportunities to ask questions. The first interview was held by a woman manager. She was lively and fast paced. Her interview questions were less predictable but within scope of any interview. The second interview was about 45 days later and was conducted by a male manager. He asked questions about preferences and explained a lot of the store needs and policies and what makes for a successful team member. He did most of the talking but solicited for many questions toward the end. He was friendly, frank, and optimistic.
