The entire process with Burlington was quick and well-done. The communication was always clear, and the interview process was two stage. A short recorded first round, and a longer second round - with behavioral and practical parts.

First Round was thru HireVue, It was pretty self explanatory. The second round with the the college recruiter, she was super sweet and helpful. The last interview was with HR and a Buyer.

Interview
50 minute HireView with 6 open ended questions, an IQ test with games, and some retail math questions. This was their first round interview screening and I received it about 3 weeks after submitted my application.
