Interview
Interviewed for Assistant Buyer role. It is set up as 2 different rounds during the interview process. The first round is a group setting and you will be broken up into groups. You will be paired with a few other interviewees as well current Burlington Merchandising employees. You are given a buying activity as an assessment. The second round of the interviewing process is individual interviews given by 2-3 current employees such as Buyers, DMMs, and GMMs.
