Tell me a time when you had to handle a difficult associate situation. How did you handle it, what steps did you take and what was the final outcome?
The first interview was digital with basic questions about availability and had some voice response questions. Second interview was with the Store Manager. Third interview was with the District Manager. Final interview was with the District HR Manager.
