The first step was a recorded video interview. They sent you a link and you could complete the interview whenever convenient for you. Questions appeared on the screen and you had 1 minute to think of an answer, then record your response. You were allowed one re-do. I received a "no positions that match your interests" about 2 hours after submitting the video interview.

Pre-recorded video interview with 11 questions total; you had about 10 seconds to prepare, about 2 minutes to record for most questions, and a chance to re-record, although you didn't get to see your answer after the second recording. About half the questions were just basic info, and there were a few type-in questions.
