In my experience it was all virtual, it was all done through the recruiter, instead of through the section manager or other members of the team. However, the process was quick and easy.

Did the pre-recorded interview. You are allowed to retake your video once, but you have to move on with the new video. They are looking for genuine interest in the company and for how your skills align with what they are seeking.

It was a pre recorded one online with 6 proper questions and a few short written questions too. It felt relaxed and normal ish conversation questions. You had around 30 seconds to prepare
