They asked me to describe a time when I faced a challenging problem at work and how I solved it, focusing on my approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
Good and straightforward, they didn't have much of a reaction during the interview. In heavy industrial engineering, "no reaction" often means "no objections." Silence during the interview and throughout the process.

Interview
The interview process included making a 10-15 minute long presentation about myself and my experience, followed by a 45 minute long interview. I was then taken to get lunch with the team to be able to ask questions to them in a more casual setting.
