Interview process was very long and thorough, but for a good reason. Everyone was great and very friendly. They are down-to-earth type of people. Do your diligent research on the industry and company. It will help you a lot with the talking.

Interview
It was about 2 weeks, a call with HR and then another interview with 2 hiring managers and then the last call with assistant VP and another hiring manager. Last one was behavioural.

Question 1
Why do you want to work here? Why do you want to pursue underwriting? Tell me about a time when you faced constructive criticism and what did you do as a result of it.
Phone screen by HR then an in-person interview with 5-6 people - although, the number of people involved was not disclosed prior to arrival. Felt like being interrogated by the cops instead of an interview. Hands down worst, most bizarre interview experience of my life, I ran out of that building.
