Interview process was simple but it felt like I was being baited and used to get inside information on my former employee. I wouldn’t recommend working for this company. It seemed like I had an offer that was then retracted.

Moderately difficult interview process, overall had 3 people in interview manager, director and VP. Asked the right questions to determine if I was suited for position. Overall a good experience.

Brief phone call from internal recruiter in HR. In person interview set up with head of underwriting department and managing director. Fairly brief interview of 30 minutes max.
