I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Buro Happold (London, England) in Feb 2020
Interview
Interviewed by two people. First, general questions about my CV, education, past experience. Then I had to present a urban planning project I had done. They asked me several questions about the project.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Buro Happold (Mumbai) in Oct 2019
Interview
The HR contacted me for the available opening in BH. The HR representative called me to know my skills and interest after that they arranged a conf call for the first round. I think this is very useful. The interviewer clearly informed the job role and they are specifically interested in what you know rather than what you don't. The final interview was with Country Manager and again it was really wonderful experience to speak with Mr. Kulkarni. They believe on an open culture and very straightforward and honest in dealings.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Buro Happold (London, England) in Apr 2018
Interview
A first brief telephone interview with HR - they were upfront about what they needed to know and I appreciated being informed right away that they would contact me with a date for interview. The actual interview was relatively easy but it ran quite late and the questions were vague, so it helped to have in mind the role and my relevant skills/experience and answer the questions accordingly. However, they never got back, which seems to indicate an escapist corporate culture.
