I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bursa Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur)
Interview
Highly unprofessional HR and management team. Was only supposed to attend one interview, with 2 heads from the department and another person from HR. HR and 1 person failed to show up and no apology or explanation was given. I ended up having to attend a second interview which was a waste of my time. HR is clearly very incompetent and kept asking arbitrary questions that were entirely unrelated to the job. At one point, HR got extremely hostile when I replied I was interviewing elsewhere too. They were not very transparent about their budget either and got defensive/angry when I stated my target salary. HR even made condescending remarks about my years of experience and existing job title. I take it to mean they have no money to hire and are stuck in dinosaur mentality.

Interview
There are a few rounds of interviews, with conduct of assessments as well. The interviewers are generally friendly and they questioned about your previous work experience, skills, and familiarity with the institution.
