I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Burt (Manila, Manila) in Feb 2025
Interview
1.) Technical Interview
- Mostly about how you'd fit in the role and if you're up to the task. Felt more like just having a conversation than being interviewed.
2.) Leetcode style take home Exam
- Never got to this point, but the interviewer was more than transparent about its tricky, medium difficulty
They had the decency to say if they're going to move forward with your application or not, I wished all companies would do the same
Interview questions [1]
