brief phone interview for screening by hr followed by a zoom interview with two of the supervisors for the zoo ed department. they were easy going, interview was relatively easy, though they did run late. asked questions about specific scenarios like what would you do to entertain during a rainy day, if a kid is picking on another, etc. also asked about experience with specific age groups

The process took about a week, I applied and then a few days later like two or three they emailed me wanting to set up an interview. I had to reschedule my interview but they were able to work with that easily and it did not affect my outcome. I was called 4 days after my interview one day for them to offer me a position and I accepted it.
