quite a thorough interview process, included a first interview, tasks and tests & then a second interview... not necessarily a bad thing but it did take a bit longer than some hiring processes elsewhere
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Bush Heritage (Melbourne) in June 2015
Interview
I was shortlisted from an online application and then asked to pass the psychometric tests (2 hours of work !). Then admitted at the interview with a panel of 3 persons, from HR, Corporate and Business services. Approx 20 questions: classic, nothing extravagant. What I expected. The interaction with the interviewers was disappointing: they were professional but cold, they didn't really want to talk and especially about their company. My questions have been answered with minimal and vague information.
