I applied online through my university career page and was contacted fairly quickly. I interviewed with 6 different people over 6 weeks and at the end was given a very generic rejection email from HR. It was honestly incredibly disheartening after spending hours meeting with different associates and being pulled along this process only to be rejected with zero feedback. All interviews were essentially the same thing asking the same questions: how do you prioritize work, tell me about a time you set a goal, what are your organizational methods.

One 30 min phone interview with a hiring manager, one 30 min phone interview with a Senior Program Manager, and then one office interview with multiple people. The entire process took 3 weeks.
