      Participant Services Representative Interview

      23 Mar 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Des Moines, IA
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Businessolver (Des Moines, IA) in Apr 2014

      Interview

The interview process is extremely long and tedious, or at least it was when I started. I had 5 interviews, one of which that was a very awkward video interview. The interview process is not respectful to the fact that people might have a current job that they will have to ask for time off. They were also terrible about communication. It took me about 3 weeks after my final interview to get the offer... I honestly think the recruiter just forgot to call me.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

I don't remember a ton of the questions, but they will ask you a lot about yourself. Things like: what are your hobbies, what do you do for fun, what things in life are important to you, etc.

      Participant Services Representative Interview

      13 Jan 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Businessolver

      Interview

Very long. Six interviews. They were all nice though and made me feel like I was hired from the very beginning. I thought it was great meeting so many people in the company. I took advantage of the introduction to each person. I looked at it as a networking opportunity. I knew I had the job after the first interview.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They asked me how I could contribute to their workplace culture.

      Participant Services Representative Interview

      28 July 2015
      Anonymous employee
      West Des Moines, IA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Businessolver (West Des Moines, IA) in Feb 2015

      Interview

From start to finish, the application, interview, and hiring process took a little over four months. This is not unusual here. If your application is selected, you'll have a video interview followed by 4-10 additional interviews, depending on the position you're wanting to have. They want to make sure they're hiring *just* the right person for the job, and for the company. For those who aren't willing to go through such a process, this may not be the company for you. If being the cream of the crop sounds ideal, apply.
