3 stage process, phone call, interview and then final stage was in person 15-20 slide presentation answering a brief for a brand strategy. Ghosted after final stage, no feedback or even acknowledgement.

How would you ensure brand messaging reaches over 18s only (alcohol brand)?
I applied online and they responded fairly quickly to set up the next step. Next step was an edit test and a conversation with the team. Didn't get the offer, but the staff was friendly and responsive.

Interview
Went in for about 4 interviews, each one with a higher up employee every time. Spoke with me about what I would be doing/who I would be working with. Language they used seemed like they were gonna hire me. After multiple times visiting the office in the middle of the day (running from my internship during lunch my lunch break) they send me a copy and paste email saying they went with someone else. Waste of time and very rude.
