Written test consist of lots of questions which require specialist knowledge. It is not difficult to complete if you've been in the field for a while. For example, how to teach a certain unit of language. What grammar and vocabulary should be taught to beginners. Analyze existing lesson and suggest improvements. Most challenging part is designing interface for the app (how to cover a certain unit), and submitting your drawn solutions within the limited time.
