Interview questions were situational - 'What would you do if' etc. If you have a background with mental/behavioral health studies these should be extremely simple questions. They're mostly looking for empathetic answers with logic.

Pretty straight forward, was during Covid, remotely done but with more than one interviewer was present. Given enough time to answer. They were friendly towards me during the interview process.

Somewhat informal, and I felt very comfortable. I was asked the usual questions (why do you want to work here, etc..). I was told about the working hours and asked if the hours worked for me (day, mid or night shift).
