I applied for the position. They scheduled me a zoom interview. It was about 30 minutes. They asked why I thought I would be a good candidate for the job and I’d I have any experience with children and autism. A few days later the company contacted me by email with an offer.

This was followed by a virtual interview where I was asked scenario-based questions related to behavior management and client interaction. The interviewer also explained the job responsibilities and training support clearly. It was a smooth process and took about a week overall.
