      Interview

      The interview process was great- until they ghosted me. The initial call and first-round interview went well. The company rescheduled my interview and unfortunately, I couldn’t book the conference room I had originally planned to use for the new time, so I had to take the interview in a different location that wasn’t ideal. Still, I thought it went well. I was told I’d hear back in a few days. I followed up the next day to thank them for the interview, then again about a week later, but never got a response to either email. Overall, the process was really positive, and I enjoyed speaking with everyone about the role. I completely understand if I wasn’t the right fit, but I was really excited about the opportunity and felt the first round went well- so it would have been nice to at least get a response.

      I had a total of four interviews - from HR to COO. The process was great. I was given links to schedule the initial interview during a time that was convenient for me. They followed up quickly when they were ready for the next interview. The total process took just a couple of weeks.
