I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Butternut Box (London, England) in Apr 2019

      Interview

I was first introduced to a few of the team members and even some dogs in the office, making me feel completely at ease. I was then taken to a meeting room and interview by the head of department, Harriet, and the head of People, Claire. Both were so lovely and asked me a few questions each, both personal and professional. I was then asked if I had any questions and lead back to the entrance where I was told that I would hear back soon.

We are so sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. It’s super important to us that candidates enjoy the recruitment process, regardless of the outcome and clearly this wasn't the case for you. This was the first time that we held an assessment day-style interview for Customer Love roles and we have definitely learned a lot from the process. We plan to make improvements and adjustments based on the feedback received if we ever decide to do this again in the future. Again, we are really sorry you didn't have a good experience. If you'd like to chat about your feedback in more detail, please do get in touch (you should have our email addresses). Thanks again for your feedback, and all the best for the future.
