It was lengthy and timely process. A lot of waiting to hear back, and a lot of work to prepare. The interview task was substantial and took a lot of my persona time. The feedback at the end wasn't clear and it felt like they only gave feedback because 'they wanted to try and stand out as a good company' but their heart wasn't in it.

Got a call and then an initial interview, the second interview was with 2 people and they ask questions on what you would do if you had a situation etc or a design briefing like this etc
