Interview
It was a 3 stage interview, including a phone call with an HR representative, a callover google meet with a Product Manager and a Principal Engineer and a last google meet call with the Head of Engineering. They all lasted somewhere between 30 to 90 min. Overall a very nice experience and they always made me feel very welcome.

Question 1
It was actually a pretty good balance between technical, soft skills, and scenario based questions. I particularly enjoyed the conversation around how to build relationships with other teams and stakeholders and giving some examples of tech improvements I had helped happen in previous roles.
