      Strategy Assistant Interview

      28 May 2014
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BuzzMaker

      Interview

First a web-based skills assessment coding an e-mail and fixing a bunch of mistakes in an excel spreadsheet, then a straightforward phone interview with your would-be direct supervisor, then a second, less straightforward phone interview with the president. Everyone works remotely and schedules kept the process long and drawn out.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Question where you're asked to come up with & talk through ideas for different digital strategies on the fly given fake statistics and data about two made up campaigns.
