Applied to the position through email.
Got a call from their HR inside the week and an online technical interview was scheduled the next day.
The technical interview had 3 people from the team asking questions.
After a week the HR called for an onsite interview with the DIrector.
Went to Lahore and had a brief final interview.

Talked about FYP.
Common C interview questions like const, volatile, static keywords use and what they do.
Task scheduling.
Microcontrollers used.
Hardware related basic information

Some basic questions related to embedded system, c programming, RTOS related and prior experience.
After a week got a call for onsite interview with their director in Lahore.
Went there and got some basics question and answers session almost for half an hour.
