Question 1
Customer service questions, how did you handle a difficult customer
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Byram Healthcare (San Diego, CA) in July 2024
Interview
Had a total of 4 interviews and a confirmation of an offer over text from hiring manager. Waited about 2 weeks after that for the official offer. Had to call hiring manager for an update only to find out they revoked the offer due to 'legal' issues as a California resident. Process took 3 months, wasted my time and costs me a different job. I even asked for salary transparency in my first interview and was advised against that. Unprofessional and total red flags all around.

Interview
The HR rep is so nice you think you're almost friends. You have another interview that goes well. Then they bring you in for a 3rd interview with an incompetent supervisor who cannot even have the grace to have your resume, show their face or work the call. Of course, it crashed! Then you do not even get the courtesy after 3 hours of interviews to get the email that says we went another way. Boo.
