Interview
Interview consisted of talking with engineer and HR.
After talking about past experiences and future prospects, job responsibilities, you're given technical exam depending on your job choice (software or hardware).
After the technical exam is done, usually the engineer will discuss some points if you made mistakes so you understand where to improve and what they are looking for.

Usual interview questions (past experiences, education, etc.).
Technical exam concerning embedded C and real time systems.
First, general questions about yourself, your projects, knowledge. Then the technical part where you write an exam. It is not hard or stressing, its really the basics of what you should know.
