ByteDance Assistant interview questions

Interview is in chinese for during interview with hiring manager. Feel like they prefer Chinese, which may kind of be a discriminatory practice especially when i am interview in Singapore where business language is preferably English. Lots of red flag during interview too. But at least they're honest that you'll have to do OT a lot. The hiring manager literally asked me how do I feel about overtime, so feel like it is really a common thing in Bytedance.
