I applied online and they contact me the next day. Then, I had a phone interview with HR. After the phone interview, they set me up a video interview with the rest of the team. Last Friday, they called me and told me that I got the offer. But this Monday, they called me they could not give me the offer, they canceled the offer. It is ridiculous. I guess I'm the second option for them, and the first one takes the offer, so they cancel my offer. It is unprofessional and disrespectful. Very bad experience. Avoid if you can.
