I have to pass 3 interview process at first with the staff in the field, the HR, and last is with the team leader/managers in the field I'm applying for

There was a code screening at first prior to any of the true interviews. Afterwards, I had a behavioral interview with one of the hiring managers and was asked a number of questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at ByteDance (Singapore)
Interview
The interview was very smooth. The interviewer was very friendly. Overall interview not too hard.
Interview process: HR phone screening, manager 1 interview, manager 2 interview. (All virtual)
Received offer within 1-2 weeks, HR comms was timely as well.

Passion and motivation, past experience in relevant industry
Will test you on your Chinese Mandarin skills, and they have many rounds and ask both behavioural and technical questions. so advice would be to make sure you are familiar with job description yea.
