Interview
The interview process was fun and laid back. The questions asked are typical but there are a few questions that caught me off guard. Just be confident and speak fluently. Really show that you are passionate about the job because being a content moderator can be quite overwhelming. Overall, it was fun.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself. How do you handle stress? If you're tired of the countless contents that you need to moderate on a daily basis, what would you do?
The interview only have 1 stage and they will call 3 candidates at once and the session usually took less than 30 mins. After the interview was done, the recruiter gave me the result immediately and onboarding was very smooth. However, for me, i applied the position approximately 6 months ago and got the interview recently.

It was all about asking your logic and judgement based on the video they will show.

Interview
3 staged interview, asking about general inormation. previous job experiences. knowledge about tiktok trends , and how it works.
asked whether i can work late shifts, work the weekends, if i understand mena regions' dialects
3 times of interviews with HR and TL.
20% was in English, 80% was Japanese as I remember.
The atmosphere was pretty good, and they made me feel comfortable.
But noticed me content moderator is really hard.
