I conducted 8 rounds of interview (1 hour each) and got an offer (but declined). They asked about my experience, reasons for applying, why Bytedance and personality. No written test.

HR got my contact via Linkedin, and confirmed the interview meeting by email, there is no any response from HR who read the message only. Different from others, I don't know who is the interviewers. Interviewers is good but HR is really bad!
