extremely unorganized process--was reached out to by a recruiter about a management role and was told she'd follow up in the next day or two around next steps. When I didn't hear from her I assumed she was ghosting but she followed up a week later to schedule a hiring manager interview, which then took 2 weeks to finally happen on the account of the hiring manager rescheduling repeatedly. The recruiter was nice enough but the process left such a bad taste in my mouth

Bureaucratic and ESL process with very very exaggerated 'company culture'. Multiple interviewers with padded credentials e.g. 'I went to Harvard'... For an English course?! Culture is telling when someone brags like this in an interview and it is reinforced by the others... 3 rounds, played along, once posing real Q's there was no real answer on people development, retention schemes, etc. BE WARY!
