Very pushy and they wanted to force you to interview during weekend even if you told them you have plans. So I decided not to proceed further as the overall interaction and experience was just so so.

Recruiter mentioned 4-5 rounds. Mostly via video calls for the first 3 rounds. First with the recruiter before moving on to the team lead and greater team lead. They tend to ghost though.

Interview
There were four rounds of interviews for me. I met with the recruiter, manager, manager’s manager and the HRBP.
The interview questions were focused on what if and example sharings. Knowledge about HR compliance, employee relations and strategic HR planning are very helpful.
