Biggest time wasters of all time. Approached me 3 times and ghosted me 3 times whilst they found a ‘replacement’ It’s truly sickening and unprofessional behaviour. I didn’t apply - you approached me. Then take 3 weeks to send a BS email. People have lives but guess whst - you’re no longer a highly respected partner as I can influence things too.
