Interview
The interview was a part of a C.H. Robinson career day at on of their offices. We started with a overview of what C.H Robinson does. We then spend 40 minutes sitting with employees in their account management and carrier management departments to get a good idea of what they do on a daily basis. Lastly we were interested seperately.

Positive, very clear about interview process and role expectations. Transparent about culture and pay structure. Felt inviting and warm. Pretty easy interview, they just wanted to know more about me and if my personality would fit in well with the culture and team.
Good interview. Liked how professional the recruiter was. Also liked how professional the process was when go to the in person interview. Happy with the company's interview process and their people.
