10 minutes phone interview followed by 30 minutes phone interview after you take a personality test. After that, panel style interview onsite. Behavior style questions "Tell me a time..." They want competitive go getters

Very detailed and communication is great. The process is not hard at all. A lot of paperwork and signing to be done but other than that it's a smooth ride. They contact you immediately at the end of the week with the final results.

The interview process took 4-6 weeks. I had a phone interview, two in-office interviews and a job shadow. The job shadow was to give me an idea of what my duties might be like on a daily basis and to allow me to decide if this was something i would want to commit to.

Interview
There were essentially two interviews. The first with the talent acquisition and the second with managers in the office that you'll be working in.
The first interview was an hour. Consisted of basic questions that you would expect to hear. The second interview was two hours and consisted of a shadow with a floor manager, a panel interview with three people, and a role play exercise.
