JOB SEEKERS BEWARE OF THIS TOXIC ENVIRONMENT
When I politely corrected a principal on a technical matter he quizzed me on, he became extremely rude, unprofessional, and insulting. And I was correct on the topic. It appeared he was not used to getting non-positive feedback. He then asked technical questions and scenarios that were far outside the job description and appeared to have more to do with him getting an opportunity to belittle interviewees.
C. Myers’ “employee feedback” is nothing less than “management bullying". This is the most unprofessionally-managed office I've ever seen.
It was no wonder this office appeared to have extremely turnover due to poor management and leadership.
