The listings aren’t the best where they make you excited to go see the property and speak with management. They called me several times to reschedule and sounded super excited on the phone to interview me in person. The interview lasted over an hour. At the end, the property manager told me not to get my hopes up on a stable job with the company because the complex property was about to be sold (again) between two managements, and they would most likely terminate my employment quickly.
It’s also incredibly distracting to have a meeting, let alone discuss leasing an apartment, when the clubhouse has a giant reflective chandelier dead center the size of an elephant.
